We currently accept payments via Cash (only for DMSFI Students) and GCash / Online Payment. After payment, kindly send us your reference number for confirmation.
Unfortunately, we do not offer COD. J&T and other couriers do not support COD in our case. GCash / Online Payment is our most secure and recommended option.
We charge a PHP100 Flat Fee for Nationwide orders. For Davao-based orders, pickup is available at Davao Medical School Foundation Inc. We have a no outside school meetup policy for the safety of the students.
Yes! We ship nationwide via J&T Express (if available in your area).
6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is processed, you will receive an Order ID via email (check spam if not found). Use our Order Tracker page on the website to check your order status.
7. When will I receive my order?
Processing typically takes up to 14 business days for delivery, and delivery times depend on your location. We’ll notify you once your item is shipped!
8. Can I return or exchange items?
Only defective items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order. Please contact us immediately for concerns.
9. Where do proceeds go?
100% of the proceeds go to funding future student-led events, projects, and initiatives for the Nursing community.
